Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online order, you may return it. All returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase date with a receipt.

All online returns must include a completed Returns Form. All online returns are issued via original payment method. All items past 15 days of purchase date are considered final sale and non-returnable. Store credit can be issued for in-store purchases only.

All sale items are considered final sale.

Merchandise must be returned with tags in place, unused, unworn and in the original condition as which it was received.

The customer is responsible for both outgoing and incoming shipping charges, both of which are non-refundable. We recommend all returned items be insured and placed in a secure box as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Returns can also be made in store.
